Gettin' Crafty

So as you know, I've been dwelling into crocheting but other interests keep distracting me. Well... yay, me: my second crocheting project is near completion! This is a child's tote; I originally was making it for myself as a bag to hold my yarn in. But my niece walked in while I was finishing on the handles and wanted it (I can't tell a 2 year old, big brown eyed munchkin no). So, it's hers now! Only thing missing is a flower or two and it's done! Heh... not bad and it only took me a day to make...

I know that it's been a LONG time since I've posted anything! Well, I've been quite busy. I'll fill in the boring details later but right now, I wanted to share my 2nd completed project: a pair of crocheted mittens! They're a bit off from one another but the fact that I finally completed a crocheting project trumps that! They're actually fairly easy; I only had to look up visual instructions once! So, yay me! :D
